PA series

Description

Application and Duties: 

The PA series are axial wall mounted fans with adjustable blades and tilt angles for maximum efficiency. They are specifically indicated in applications where absolute compliance with high air pressure and volume specifications is required. The PA is exceptionally durable, strong, and highly efficient thanks to its blades optimized for efficiency and high head. They are available in a wide range of models with Ø from 315 to 710 mm with 2, 4, 6 and 8 pole motors in 6, 9 and 12 blade versions.
This series is suitable for running in the temperature range from -40°C to +300°C.

Construction Information:
PA series consist of box casing, fan casing, impeller,motor, grille plate

Casing:
PA series is made of hot galvanized steel or Epoxy painted steel and 304 or 316 square tube type stainless steel. Modular design, easy to maintain and assemble or disassemble. Make sure the shell is sturdy and stable.

Impeller:
The impeller is the most important part of the fan, the impeller is made of die-cast aluminum alloy, the sophisticated aerodynamic configuration ensures high efficiency and low noise. Manual height-adjustable blades allow maximum flexibility to match individual airflow requirements. The variable blade count increases the performance range.
Each propeller is statically and dynamically balanced and tested to ensure smooth operation. All propellers are X-ray inspected to ensure perfect casting.
All blades are ISO 1940 balanced with G2.5mm/s quality standard.

Motor:
PA uses 400 V/50 Hz three phase motors or 240 V/50 Hz single phase motors.
The motors are suitable for medium temperatures from -20°C up to +300°C and are equipped with cold conductors for motor protection.Protection class IP55, insulation class F. Other medium temperatures, protection classes or isolation classes are available on request. The standard motor range includes single and two speed motors.
Explosion proof motor: Class F and IP55 or IP66 with completed ATEX 2014/34/EU and EN 50014, EN 50018 and EN50281-1-1.

Testing:
The performance is tested international standards by BS 848-1:1985 and ISO 5801.
