The AXB series is a series of axial fans specially designed for ventilation in kitchen and grease areas.
The AXB is designed with the engine compartment located separate from the air flow containing grease.
Helps protect the motor and bearings from environmental damage, high temperatures and ensures
maximum fan life.

Construction Information:

AXB series consist of box casing, fan casing, impeller,motor, inlet and outlet flangesntrol.

Casing:

Fan casing are fabricate using mild steel and treated with epoxyafter manufacturing as an anti Standard
length fans are lerg casing type which cover overall length of the impeller and motor. The motor leads
(cover by flexible conduti) are connect to the terminal box on the fan casing. Where there is limited
mounting for the ducts, short casing are used for installation

Impeller:

The impellers (hub and blades) are manufactured from highly resistant aluminium alloy. The blades have
an aerodynamic profile to guarantee high efficiencies and a low noise level.
The hub design allows adjustment of the blade angle during assembly of the fan in the factory, in order to
achieve the optimum working point. This further incre-ases the possible fan duties per diameter.
In the perfor-mance curves , the maximum absor-bed power of the impeller, related to the relevant blade
angle setting.

The AX series are ducted axial fans with adjustable blades and tilt angles for maximum efficiency. They are
specifically indicated in applications where absolute compliance with high air pressure and volume
specifications is required. The AX is exceptionally durable, strong, and highly efficient thanks to its blades
optimized for efficiency and high head. Besides, the long housing structure allows for easy installation.
They are available in a wide range of models with Ø from 250 to 1800 mm with 2, 4, 6 and 8 pole motors in
6, 9 and 12 blade versions.
This series is suitable for running in the temperature range from -40°C to +300°C.

type.Modular design, easy to maintain and assemble or disassemble. Ensure the casing is strong and
stable.

Impeller:

The impeller is the most important part of the fan, the impeller is made of die-cast aluminum alloy, the
sophisticated aerodynamic configuration ensures high efficiency and low noise. Manual height-adjustable
blades allow maximum flexibility to match individual airflow requirements. The variable blade count increases
the performance range.
Each propeller is statically and dynamically balanced and tested to ensure smooth operation. All propellers
are X-ray inspected to ensure perfect casting.
All blades are ISO 1940 balanced with G2.5mm/s quality standard.
